Hello, and welcome to my world of imagination and adventure.
I'm a young author of children's and young adult books that aim to be unique and inspiring. I've been writing ever since I was six years old, always striving to express my imagination as a story teller.
Aside from writing, I also illustrate my books. I love to draw, whether it be on paper, on the computer, or 3d imaging.
I also have autism. I was diagnosed when I was fourteen, and thanks to good teachers, good family, good friends, and my undying will to be able to function in my environment, I can more easily communicate and reach out to my fellow human beings.
Here, you'll find some information on a couple of my books that have been published, as well as some of my other acheivements. Through everything I accomplish, my utmost important goal is to give insight to others through my unique perspective; to communicate a special message through my imagination and experiences...

NINA
The Robot
NINA V0.7 is here!
NINA is a large scale robotics project I'm working on for fun. It's taken me quite a few years to bring NINA into the world, and she still has a long way to go.
NINA is a robot with the primary function of being a personable machine -- by that I mean I designed her mainly to interact with human beings. She also will have secondary functions implemented into her, such as nightguarding the house.
This robot project has also served as a valuable educational experience. Through working on NINA, I've learned a ton about electronics, mechanics, physics, computers, and programming.
So far, NINA is capable of locomotion on her tank tracks, arm and head movement, Computer Vision processing, and speech recognition and voice synthesis.
The next step is to bring her all the way to NINA V 1.0 by adding sensors and navigational progamming so she'll be able to find her way around the house to limited extent and detect and avoid obstacles and people.
What is
Autism?
Autism is a neurological condition that is a very vast realm and difficult to explain. It is mainly marked by unbalanced senses, difficulty understanding certain social skills, and the inclination to have one's perspective absorbed inward. There is not one kind of autism: it's a broad, continuous spectrum with infinite different combinations of symptoms. No one knows what causes autism yet, but there are many speculations. Sometimes autism can come in a form that makes life challenging for an individual, other times it can develop to be seemingly devestating...
Dolphin Star Illustrations
I currently have a small business going called Dolphin Star Illustrations, a freelancing job on www.guru.com. Here, I'm able to make a small living off doing what I love to do - drawing and animating. I can complete various kinds of projects, including Illustrations, Book Covers, Websites, and Animations. I can also do posters, bookmarks, business cards, and logos.
